ThreatSpike, a fast-growing cybersecurity company, approached me to help reimagine their visual identity from the ground up. I led the development of a comprehensive brand system - spanning everything from tone of voice and logo redesign to printed collateral and event presence.
01. Project introduction
Before I joined, ThreatSpike struggled with clarity and visual cohesion — especially when it came to distinguishing their three core product offerings. All three services used similar logos, which created confusion internally and externally. Additionally, their overall visual presence lacked impact in a market saturated with safe, corporate-looking brands.
02. The problem
I developed a robust, 40+ page brand manual that laid the foundation for ThreatSpike’s refreshed identity. One of the most critical challenges — and ultimately most successful solutions — was redesigning the three core product logos to each have their own distinct visual language while still feeling part of the same system.
03. My solution
04. Tools & backstory
This was an end-to-end identity project. I worked in Figma and Adobe Illustrator to create everything from primary logos to icon systems and branded patterns. The brand manual I delivered included guidance on tone of voice, photography style, layout systems, and digital usage. In addition to brand development, I also designed two international trade show stands, and produced a suite of print materials - including brochures, business cards, and pitch deck templates - ensuring a consistent brand experience across both physical and digital environments.
05. Outcomes
The rebrand was met with overwhelmingly positive internal and external feedback. The redesigned product logos now serve as strong identifiers across sales, product, and marketing, solving a long-standing problem for the company. The bold visual direction helped ThreatSpike stand out in the cybersecurity space - bringing energy and personality to a traditionally conservative industry.
