Landmark Rebrand Project
01. Project introduction
One of the most significant milestones in our company’s history was the recent rebrand - a transformative, months-long project I had the privilege of shaping from the ground up.
02. The problem
As our company scaled internationally, our visual identity began to feel fragmented and inconsistent across teams, formats, and markets. We lacked a clear design system to unify our messaging, especially across our core sales channels and print materials. This created inefficiencies and diluted the strength of our brand presence.

03. My solution
I led the creation of a new, scalable channel design system that could be used across both digital and print assets. This framework became the backbone of our visual identity — built to bring consistency, clarity, and cohesion to our global communications. I collaborated closely with the broader design team to ensure the system was both practical and inspiring, creating templates and guidelines that were easy to implement but visually distinctive.
04. Tools & backstory
My focus was primarily on shaping the print materials and ensuring that the design system worked just as effectively across physical formats as it did digitally. This included deep involvement in template creation, layout logic, typography systems, and stakeholder education. Software used included Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma for cross-platform design and documentation.
05. Outcomes
The rebrand has since been rolled out successfully across international teams and has become a foundational asset for our sales, marketing, and brand functions. The design system I developed is now used daily to create high-impact materials that align with our refreshed brand identity — improving efficiency and elevating how we present ourselves in both established and emerging markets.
